Is it true that I have to dye my hair blonde before I dye my hair any color? I’m worried the color won’t show and I see videos of stylists who dye black womens hair blonde first before adding color
But its a yes or no question. As a black girl saying this there are so many people who haven't seen black hair before are curious about it. So they ask can I touch it? I can understand someone getting upset at someone just touching their hair out of the blue but its a yes or no question.
