Can You Make Tutorial Series on Your Motion Controllers that can be used as alternatives for these DSP Controllers..!? I am sure that the Provision of a Modern GUI with Industry Standard Communication Systems that it features would revolutionize the trend.! It would attract most common people towards it because the provision of such a GUI would make the learning curve easier and more systematic...! The Smooth but lightning fast performance of servopacks combined with such a intuitive Graphical interface that can be installed on a PC or a HMI Touch Panel that gives a feel of Windows PC Platform based Control environment would attract many people to such machines..! Using DSP Controllers is very limited in terms of functionality and usability. Its like a blackmagic for most common people..! But the thing is , First You have to provide a package of Controllers and drivers +GUI which is most affordable that you can provide You have to provide tutorials for Builders on assembling and configuring your controllers and designing the GUI for a very basic 3 axis CNC router with most essential features only..! And configuring the controller to operate G codes from that GUI. No need to provide ATC or other fancy stuff..! We are new to these robots. Are these able to be programmed via PC? Right now all programming is done by pendent and I think that is causing inconsistencies What is the best way to eliminate slag and splatter?
