What are the benefits of this vs a skyjack rental, the price? Seems like a lot of work to setup and move around. Can you buy three post to have one set up and ready to move the plank on the other side?
Well renting a boom lift and you'll never get that money back. These things you can buy and sell. Skyjacks can't drive to every side of a house, especially if its been lived in for awhile, and also they can be really time inefficient when having to touch every square foot on the outside of a building since they have to be moved in every axis to follow along a wall.
@@cheetoman23 i’ve had both …these pump jacks systems are good if you’re working along the length of the house like, reshingling the wall, the boom lift is good if you have to get very high up in one particular spot. But a good compromise between the two would be the masonry type scaffolding that let you extend up as high as you want with the sections of scaffolding. This is also called pipe or tube scaffolding.
