i don't understand what is the difference between cantering and galloping??

If I understood everything correctly, canter is a 3 beat gait, you can see it on the brown horse at the beginning his doing 1 leg on the ground then 2 at the same time and lastly 1 leg. The gallop is a bit faster and on a 4 beat, each leg/foot will be in contact with the ground at different time juste like the walk. I hope it's clear and I'm sorry for the vocabulary English isn't my first language
