@JulieTorrens That's for sure with RA. Today, I'm finishing up some simple greeting cards. I need to finish framing my small mixed media pictures. I plan to do a craft show in October. Hubby worries about me. He doesn't want me to get sick. But I just can't stop moving and grooving!

@@JulieTorrens Yeah, colored pencil is my go-to. I want to learn to paint though. FYI I carry six colored pencils in my purse-the primaries, a dark umber and an indigo and a white for glazing. All I need to get any color I want, and cheaper to buy separately than to buy a set. But what do I know? You're the teacher. And Jemima is drying after her first coat.
I am so happy! It is not hard, just takes some practice. Just save all yout tries. You can look at them and see your progress. It is very encouraging. Let me know how it goes. 🙂🖌❤️

Nae bad! I think I learned from a Marvel Comics drawing book that the hairline is halfway from the eyeline to the top of the head, and the eyebrows are halfway from eyeliner to hairline. But hey, what do I know? Moving on to watercolor version, now.
@elizabethrowe5960 There are so many techniques. I think I have just mashed them together over the years. I am not that good at any of them 🤣😂🤣😂 I am glad you are giving it a go. I can't wait to see yours! 😃 Definitely having fun.

@robinleong8310 that is great! Just get a pencil, some printer paper and a marker. Make your guide to tuck under your paper so you sorta know where to put the features and draw draw draw. I recommend not throwing away any of your tries. Just stack them up, know in your heart that they are only practice, then look.at them tomorrow. You will be surprised at how bad they aren't. Then as you work on the faces again and again, you will see your advancement and it will be very encouraging. 😃👍 Let me know how it goes. 👩🦳👩🦱👩🏻🦰
So lovely my dear xx I still have my doodles like this from when we first met (I will dig them out xx). This just reminded me how much I enjoy making these. Now that my watercolour knowledge is coming along a bit, I will set up and do a few more this weekend. Love you xxxx
