@@Nevanosyeah a deeper clank sound and after the fight when Link runs up to Midna (with full on running speed in the iron boots might I add) it makes a very emotional scene into a hilarious one.
Dolphin has a new add-on connect to, 'RetroAchievements'. You can go on the website to create an account and you can do challenges for many games for consoles on the NES, SNES, Genesis/MegaDrive, the recently added Gamecube and many more.
I am nearly done with my first playthrough but this is my fav Zelda game now. So many fun dungeons and the story really does it for me. Thanks for the comment!
Honestly it's one of the better escort missions I've done in any Nintendo game, none of the enemies gave me any reason to worry. Probably why they created this challenge for RetroAchievements to not let the cart get set on fire. Helps that the combat is very satisfying.
I felt this when I played the first Zelda on the NES! Greatly appreciate games that encourages exploration like Zelda and this game has great story and the gameplay is my fav in the series so far.
I remember playing this 7 years ago and it was and still is my favourite video game sadly I haven’t been able to play it in a long time since my siblings sold out Wii and my TP
You use a taser dropped from one of the policeman on an arcade machine. That is how flashbacks are done. There is one in the jail that i know about for sure, and then whichever level this one was.
Thanks! Learning that boss for the first time was a nightmare for me. It was only when I learned the quick kills (namely phase 2) is where it got better. Otherwise I'd have lots of annoying hits/deaths.
As shown at the end of the video, if you lose your lives, the game will throw you back to the start screen. It is still possible to gain extra lives, especially since the world loops forever if you survive long enough.
Thank you, it was a stressful one to learn. I did this for an achievement on RetroAchievements, trying to score over 6million points which required the no death to begin with. I actually had to do it twice as I didn't achieve the score first time around, which is why you see me waiting around the first boss of the final stage, grabbing points until I accidently destroyed it. Proud of this one as it was one of my fav shoot 'em ups from my childhood. I'll have to do another one of these live on Twitch for fun. I'll announce at some point.
@@Nevanos well i really suck at. This. Game but i love the ost as it goes harder than anything. Else 0n the ole genesis. Thats why i was. So impressed by you not. Dieing. One. Damn. Time because this game will. Chew. All my continues up before i can even beat the opening. First 4 stages. I have an emulated. Version of this game. And because it gives. An option. To have. Infinite lives. , i. Have beaten it. Before. Long story short you. Are. A. Gaming god much respect
Strider and Shark are the easiest guardians to beat so far. I'm on 3rd island, so don't worry, I'm not spoiling whats on the 3rd, 4th and 5th islands. Tank is ridiculously hard for me. I go from like 710 rings, to about 13 rings at the end. Tank uses the spin attack way more often than he does in your video.
Left a review complaining about the hitboxes and had several people private message me sucking the game off lol. Like come on dude its a decent game but the hitboxes defo need work
Haha I feel that. I also like the game quite a bit, but me and a friend had a lot of fun spotting LOADS of issues about the game's hitboxes in the early days. Apparently it's better now with the hitboxes, but I'll be replaying soon to see for myself.
