Founded in 2019, Lucas Carroll created The Business of Senior Care to be the go-to resource for home care regulations and operations. I’ve built, lead and coached successful teams across the healthcare landscape.

An expert in healthcare regulations, I have helped home care companies to be compliant with Colorado regulations, develop policies and procedures and provide training courses on various home care topics. In addition, I’ve successfully helped companies pass initial agency certification, achieve deficiency-free surveys and successfully overturn deficiencies through dispute resolution.

By 29 years of age, I was leading the largest Home Instead Senior Care multi-state franchise operation in the state of Colorado and in the Top 20 out of 1,000 offices across the globe. I am known as a revenue-generating home care operations leader who understands building successful business
