I loved Delphine as a character, but man, they dropped the ball hard when designing her kit. Of all things you'd expect the Duke's daughter to be - a powerful guard, a bulky defender, perhaps a quick redeploy specialist - a caster. They made her a caster. A single target caster on a chapter full of enemy spam. A chapter that really benefits AOE arts usage. And such a mid kit too. I was so dissappointed by her kit, I really, really liked her and was looking forward to it, but she's so weak by this stage of the game that it's just not worth building her up at all. Such a shame. Such wasted potential. It unironically saddens me.
Seeing this title reminded me that all of the story operators from chapters 10-13 have been felines and with chapter 14 announced I imagine it’ll be another cat I just hope they aren’t a guard
As an avid Mystic Caster collector Delphine is half the reason I'm starting to push through the story now that I came back to the game. (The other half is Heidi)
I kinda wish they'd stop doing chapter operators because using them outside of the chapter makes them feel way worse than other options. i mean, look at dagda. One talent that doesn't really do a lot. I am aware that some can be pretty strong like heidi since she is the only bard i can rely on if i dont borrow a support skalter or morgan being a good helidrop for those who don't have nearl alter.
You don't have to use it in chapter 13. s2 delphin is awesome and versatile. more useful than the previous two mystics which seemed optional to use i guess like iris and harmonie
Sad how out of the entire chapter this is the only stage i got the most use out of her because she is an st in a chapter filled with enemy spam, which really does hurt her performance
