I HATE plotlines that hinge on BS like this. I fought with the mf brotherhood of steel snd fkkkkkn ended the fkkkkkn enclave, wiped out COUNTLESS RAIDER AND SLAVER CAMPS And im supposed to suspend my disbelief further as they then try and convince me that my power armor clas character was ambushed, stopped to listen to, and then was knocked out by some junkies with tire irons.... They DIDNT want the player doing that cause they knew we would, but instead of being clever about it, they cheap out like this. This game only gets its praise because it came out first snd theres a ton of nostalgia. Some good writing, but then you see the early signs of cracks in rhe foundations like this
I played fallout 3 for the first time this year and I think it's amazing, nostalgia is an irrelevant factor for me. I can easily induce blind nostalgia within you by saying I think New Vegas is inferior to Fallout 3. Both are good games.
@@lordcannoli766 first play through, yes, but once youre used to all of Bethesdas tomfoolery from across their titles... And you see where they were once better but also where they started to show cracks. New Vegas is its own entity
Considering Caesar threatens you for waking him up, and then attacks if you do it again, I’m suprised there is no issue with sitting in his throne which is marked as red
My favorite scenario for this is actually having the Overseer convince me to give him the gun Amada gave me, then to have him turn on the PC. Reason for this is you're still a nieve vault kid. Only reason you were trying to escape was because Amada convinced you to flee. He gave me a 'way out' but then of course was lying, and took a baseball bat to the skull.

I was at my Egret Tours Marina and a Vertibird was fighting pretty far off in the distance, it some how managed to crash into my settlement. I watched it crash lmao
