Interesting... I'm in SoHum and very familiar with the '64 flood. I've drove past that "high water mark" on the Avenue of the Giants numerous times. It's at Weott, and is over 30ft above the road. I go hiking anywhere & everywhere I please all throughout this area. So the zone you're planning to explore is so 🎶 Eww-Eee-Eww 🎶spooky/dangerous "Don't go there"👈🛸👽🐍🐻🐾🦅👣UFO bears cougars Sasquatch snakes etc... that you have been warned to stay away. WHAT do they think will happen? Or you might find? There aren't any warning notifications or public awareness campaigns informing locals or tourists to steer clear. Why not? Are we the pool of sacrificial offerings just waiting for our ticket number to come up?
