Saw them in 1998 at the Golden Coast Holiday Park near Woolacombe. They were still doing the G*ry Gl*tt*r stuff then (in the period between his arrest and conviction)
you are an awesome entertainer and an awesome actor stephen, i do music too, for a living, :) and hope to be your associated act in music too, and you are a very kind guy too.
No, don't "thank f..k for that!!" You're the one who came here just to make a sarcastic, condescending joke about this guy's cover and laugh in his face. I don't think you're in any position to be thankful. In fact, you should be sorry.
Lost my dad on Dec 27th last year, he loved ‘Summer Wine’ so we had the theme tune played at his funeral, still makes me cry now, thanks Ken and all the cast still here or passed, you brought years of joy to many people 😢
Was PC Cooper the one who had a Liverpool accent? Sometimes worked for auntie wainwright, and drove the red pickup truck ? I loved that film. Was it on channel 4. Ken I love your work ken and give my regards to barbie...... all the best Andy.....
Ken, is such a great actor, I love his comic deliveries, I watch him most days, of his past work,, thank you ( Ken) for the years of laughter, Pete from France 🇫🇷,
I have been a fan of Last of the Summer Wine for many years. I was collecting the Region one discs but could not find every series. When I discovered the series collection in a multi-region version I purchased the entire series. I followed the series from Cyril Blamire through Hobo Hobdyke and has seen each episode numerous times. I have to say the scene with Mr. Kitson i found most amusing, although every scene that he made was great, was from the episode "What Happened to the Horse". I'm laughing just thinking about the look on Walsh's face when Alvin Smedlly's pale faced sat up in the back of Entwhistle's pick-up truck. I always looked forward to the episodes with Walsh and his partners. The beauty about Last of the Summer Wine was the constant introduction of new characters, sadly some because of the death of an actor but many to keep the show fresh. The scenery of the Yorkshire area reminds me of the beauty of upstate New York which adds to the beauty of the show.Roy Clarke did an outstanding job with his writing and I enjoyed his other hit 'Keeping Up Appearances".
NIce to have met Ken outside Sid's Cafe a few years ago where my wife and I bought his personally signed book. Moods, Moments and Memories. (South Shields). My video of Ken and his wife is now on RU-vid.
OH GOD, I LOVE THIS !!! Thank you. You were magnificent in this video. You've brought back such sweet memories watching this series back in the '60s. And yes, I am 60 years old... and looking good!
