Hello! I am trying to create a fun little reel on weka and wondered if you'd be interested in letting me use a couple of your baby weka shots at all? :)
Hello. How are you? I hope it is all well. I purchased the programs a couple of months ago, but what you just did on you clip, I don't know how to do it. I know how to track the classic earbuds, but I just wanted a well stabilized footage, didn't need tracking earbuds... How did you track this video? It looked amazing compared to the stock version, which I still use cuz it seems I am the only one who bought to just stabilize some shots and not earbuds... :(
Hi there - in fact I'm using the same approach as the earbuds tracking video tutorials. Select one high contrast part of the video for Stabilizer to keyframe which ends up being the fixed point in the video. Think I used a branch by the birds on this video which also has some Ken Burns going on. You *can* keyframe that Stabilizer reference point however, if it moves within the video in a deliberate way, like in a pan. That wasn't obvious (or maybe not even mentioned) in the earbuds videos but it is pretty handy and expands the types of clips you can use Stabilizer on. At this point PFS don't seem to have much documentation on their website explaining the full functionality of the plugin which is a bit of a mystery.
