There is no amount of concrete or computer that would have made the design of that reactor safe. Its absolutely enormous, the reactivity margins in the core were insane, the thing could blow up on start up or shut down.. it was a breeder reactor design, to create weapons plutonium out of low grade uranium ore. US phased it out in the early 40's. Soviets stole it thinking it was highly advanced. Then never advanced their own programs. The USSR could only consume tech. Stalin killed the thinkers, and enslaved the Germans he found with knowledge. In the 80's, USSR computers were equivalent to US calculators. It's still a joke, and even today they need western CPU's to remain relevant. They tried to make their banks use only russian chips, and they are equivalent to a 2001 intel processor.
Have a house in a village in Cheshire England. Will bug in because my brother is disabled after an accident so wouldn't leave him. Got solar panels for some power, water for 3 weeks and food for 2 weeks

If cooking outside hide location of your grill and when cooking stay close to grill. Keep n burn USED POO PAPER close to grill when useing. It'll mask smell of food. Also keeping people away due to smell. If asked y just say u cant flush or ground frozeor no shovel. Or Dig a hole n line with charcoal light charcoal. Wrap ham b 3 layers aluminum foil. Wrap carrots n potatos w butter n salt n sweet corn w butter n salt . Wrap all w alum foil put on top of charcoal. Put more charcoal on top of all n light. When flame is out cover w alum foil then cover with dirt from hole. Leave for 15 or so hours. There won't b any smell of food cooking. Next day dig up all food and take INSIDE THEN W DOORS N WINDOWS CLOSED UNCOVER FOOD N EAT. ITLL MELT N YOUR MOUTH.
Some people have NO option but to bug in. E.g. seniors, disabled, those with limited mobility, people who live in very small [e.g. studio/efficiency apts with NO balcony or other outdoor space], no car/transportation. Able to stock some water, canned goods, in tiny space, but some have serious limits in emergencies, disasters. Have you checked on plans for relatives, friends, parishioners, etc?
People obsess about bugging out, most likely they will die.. Most likely I will die. But I like my chances of being at home rather than roaming around and hoping to dodge attacks left and right..
There's so many tweakers and illegals that the cops even said they can't arrest them around here. They keep trying to break in or just run out the only grocery store in 16 miles. My freinds are no better. Batteries and chargers disapear constantly. Don't know a single person around I can actually trust. Few vets out here. We have talked and are on the same page. My Doctor says they will not give out more than 35 heart pill a month.
Here's something alot of people that do bugout videos don't think about -apartment dwellers. What do they do cause they might not be able to leave for a bug out. And they are surrounded by people a door away
just evict your neighbors by force. Or be like me and find a commercial property close by to take over. My work for example will be my bug in spot, its 2 stories under ground and all cement. Its like a bunker ready to go and already has a lot of water stored there already. Only downfall would be long term theres no place to grow food or set up solar panels for power
We have a huge problem coming soon and it’s revelation when god said the Euphrates drys I’ll unleash 3 angels that will end 1/3rd of mankind through famine and disease and it’s coming god said kids will have visions and dreams my kids are seeing it and so am I! These people are alive I can look them up right now! We purchased roll down shutters for all our windows and doors in Ottawa (Canada's Capital) and the city bylaw officers showed up one day because they asked if we were hoarding since they couldn't see inside our windows! Seriously. We refused to allow them inside and told them our home is ours, to create safety entrances via any methods we chose. So far they haven't come back.
