Thanks for the comment and we're glad you enjoyed it! Even a little bit of decorating helps make this holiday great, so if stringing lights isn't your thing then decorate in some other way and have fun with it!
Would be cool if you played the video on the screen. Nice job. Broken Peach has a few other pretty cool Halloween themed covers that would go well with your lights as well.
Thanks for the suggestions. On Halloween night we have a screen across the whole garage that plays video synchronized to the show. The small screen is dedicated to letting show watchers know what radio station to tune to.
It's incredible to see how much work and talent is behind this creation. Thanks so much for choosing our song to inspire one of your Halloween's lights shows.
I know some of the band members- I have forwarded this to them in Spain (they're from Vigo, Galicia region- northwest Spain.) I'm sure they'll love it!
Got a quick question. Love the sequences. Purchased or custom?? Just starting out this year and I have a very similar house structure. Running xlights.
Greetings! I'm assuming you are talking about the sequence? It is a custom sequence. I've been toying with the idea of starting to creating some sequences to sell next season. Glad you enjoyed it!
Love it!!! Just started this year with f16v3, a few power supplies and a bunch of leds myself. Still finishing outline but I’m taking notes. 🤙🏻 Excellent squid game sequence.
@@Lightson81st I have been one of your followers for a few years and I enjoy your work every year on these dates Halloween and Christmas I have a small lighting store in Mexico, greetings
Thanks for your interest in the show! We use a program called "xLights" to create the show and syncrhonize the lights to the music. We then use specialized lighting controllers and small computers, called "Raspberry Pi", to run the show. You can get more info about these items at the below links, if you are interested: xlights.org/ falconchristmas.com Happy Halloween!
@@hunterg312 The raspberry pi's are connected to lighting controllers specially designed to drive RGB pixels. A popular choice is the Falcon F16 series from pixelcontroller.com.
@@hunterg312 there are many good tutorials for xLights right here on RU-vid. A quick search should give you quite a few videos to choose from. xLights also has a video repository on it's website: videos.xlights.org/ The controllers I use do cost around $200, which is actually one of the smaller expenses when you really get into the hobby. However, you can start with a less expensive controller, like a Falcon F4 or PiCap, and move into a bigger controller down the road. F4: www.pixelcontroller.com/store/index.php?id_product=51&controller=product PiCap: www.pixelcontroller.com/store/index.php?id_product=47&controller=product
Thanks! We happened across this song during our show planning earlier in the year and thought it would be a great addition to the show! Glad you liked it!
Thanks for the comment! Most people who do these shows do so as a hobby. Doing it for a living would require that you find some part of the show creation process and then specialize in helping others with that part (props, sequences, tools to help make the show-building process easier, reselling lighting products, etc...). To get started leaning about this type of lighting, I would suggest you visit one or more of the many online resources available. Here are a few of my favorites! falconchristmas.com/forum/ nutcracker123.com/forum/index.php auschristmaslighting.com/forums/ doityourselfchristmas.com/forums/forum.php Best of luck in getting started in the holiday lighting community and Happy Holidays!
Make the trip sometime and check out some of the other shows in the area (not all do Halloween shows, but quite a few do)! facebook.com/PacNWChristmaslights/
