@@ronhiller3301 thank you it takes me a lot of time during certain periods like canaday or the 4th of july in the usa i know that over the years sometimes i forget certain events): hehe. but at least I discover new fireworks in new places. and thank you to you and those filming these fireworks. The negative point for my visitors or followers is that RU-vid does not offer to classify the playlists that I make in alphabetical order. I have to admit that this gives an impression of a mess. at least there is the search option. thank you for your comment. have a good weekend. hope a day i will can pay me good stuffs to record fireworks too ^^
Ron... you so beautifully captured the essence of this community spirit work at its core. Thank you for providing us with this special gift of a memorial video of our special gathering out on the land.
Thanks Ted 👍, I love my drone hobby , I’ve been watching pretty much all your RU-vid videos, your awesome, the best drone videos Ive ever come across. Thanks 👍😊
Your Welcome Tom, glad you like it, that’s why I make these videos, not everyone gets a chance to actually go there and check it out ! Love my Hobby 😊👍
The good ol days I noticed that people were genuinely happy that the snowmobiles didn’t crash and burn. I was pointing out to my boy that no one was on a phone or worrying about the phone because no one had one. Lots of smiles. Times are different
What a cool send off!! 😢 This track is AMAZING love it! I'm a Washingtonian and would definitely like to make the trek across the border to check this place out
Loved it - at first I thought the "oldies" were going to be you and Wendy ...... but this was great - nice job Ron ..... BTW - I saw a couple of projects LOL
Sorry, I’m one person operating 3 cameras, I didn’t think I missed any runs from noon on but there was Couple times when I lost signal with my GoPro. What time did you make your runs ? I got a few before noon, I can check that. I’m just doing this for fun, no money or anything.
I remember being there when I was young. Watching this is one of my best childhood memories. I can't believe how everything has changed, unfortunately not for the good. Back in the God old day S of the 90s. Now my generation is house pore and barely making it. Yay, at least I watched others enjoy them self. Thanks for posting this it was nice to remember my childhood
It was the perfect place to go on school field trips. I remember going every year with my classmates from Snowdon in the late 70's early 80's. My sister's hat fell into the snake pit and the teacher fished it out with a stick...lol Thanks for sharing!
I like hill climbs that at least you have a chance of reaching the top and best time wins, those climbs that you sit and watch for an hour and not one sled makes it to the top are ridiculous….
Some of the best sleds ever made and probably the best time period for snowmobiling. I remember traveling my state to different events all winter long back then. Constantly something going on from radar runs, poker runs, amateur snocross events and hill climbs. I still have a couple of trophies kicking around for the under 18 class of amateur snocross events that my local snowmobile club put on back in the late 90's early 2000's.
Great video Ron. I had a great time Desert Dippin', and I enjoyed my stay in Osooyos as a whole. If Anyone is interested, I made a vanlife video on my channel about my experience doing the Dessert Dip on my SARGEincorporated RU-vid channel. I hope to be back in the future, and I hope this can get even bigger. We need some of the soft Vancouver polar bear swimmers, to really experience what cold water is. Cheers!
Hi Ron. I don't think Osoyoos ever had as good a show of fireworks as this time. I was lucky to be only a 100 metres away from the launch site and it was loud and spectacular.
