I replaced both actuators. 4hi just blinks. How can I test my module before replacing it? Is there special instructions on replacing or is it just unplug and plug? I have a 2000 4.7
I would imagine it would throw a code for no communication with the module. there's probably a fix for that if say you did away with the air ride and went to a conventional suspension setup.

Does this control the headlights? I hear a click when I turn on the parking lights, but there is silence when switched to headlights on. I wasn’t sure if I should start with the switch? I’m not sure how to test the switch.
Hey! was just watching a past video of yours "2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac Remote/Keyless Entry Location and Removal" I have a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, what are the chances the module is in the same location? I can't find any information on its location...
one or two of those years I read that there's no standalone module for keyless entry and it's built into the ECU. I can't remember which year's those are though
@@CrowtownAuto Gotcha, thanks for the response I really appreciate it! My problem is my keyless entry pad on the outside of my truck stopped working and so did my key fob but the switches to lock and unlock all, on the inside still work of my truck still work. So I figured it was the module. If you have any other suggestions that would be great. Again thanks!
Do you remember the details of why you needed to remove and replace? SVC 4WD light on? Any codes? Currently have U1415-92 that pops up after 5-10 miles of driving. Always goes away when car is restarted. 2WD, 4HI, 4LOW, and rear locker engage quickly.

@2eroumgme753 it takes some courage to pry enough along the bottom to get it started and work around the bezel. those nylon panel removal tools can help a lot. they're pretty cheap from harbor freight. once you get a couple of the tabs pulled out it gets easier. I just don't wanna see anyone ruin their ducts or bezel prying too hard.
