Is there a practical application for this? Seems like a useful tool to hide data in a stream of noise. That said, the people who create most stereograms really suck at it; the perspective is distorted and the details are completely lost. And, no. I'm really good at seeing it. I can do both divergence and cross-eye with equal ease. This collection is among the least bad.
I love looking at these and transitioning immediately into the next picture. I can feel the eye muscles when my vision changes. . I use the word deeper deeper deeper if I loose a picture and my eyes follow suit.
I have perfect vision and these have never worked. I'm also quite good at relaxing my eyes to where they're both looking straight forward. None of that seems to work
I used to have books of these as a kid in the 90's. About 20 years ago, though, I had permanent nerve damage where my eyes don't work together correctly. I haven't been able to see the hidden images ever since. 😢
