Hi, I love being in nature. I created my RU-vid channel to capture and document, each trip. I camp every other week during my camping season April-November. Most of the time in Michigan, sometimes in Ohio. I do modern and rustic camping. I love to cook delicious grill-campfire meals. I really enjoy sharing them with like-minded people. I believe nature is the best remedy for most of our daily stress. I hope my videos can help you to relax from hard days at work and enjoy the whole nature experience, eventually inspiring you to go into nature yourself. This channel is all about getting outside and enjoying the outdoors Thank you!!!
That was a busy video! Action packed and informative... I loved it!! Thanks for making the time to video and narrate everything, so we can share your adventures!! I like the idea of chopping wood planks into narrower pieces than are easier to ignite and feed the fire!

Good unpacking video of the Save Tour Cool fan, CCW alternative, mattress inflator and deflator, and phone charger!! I seems very quiet.. But I didn't hear a price.. Will the price tag blow me away?
You caught me by surprise with a short video... but I'm glad that your Booster investment paid off, and those shrimp looked perfectly yummy!! Too many rocks on the beach for my taste.. I guess I'm spoiled by Coney Island!! Good to see you.. Thanks!

If you don't care about swimming in the lake, temperature in September in Huron not very warm, so you can go there at any time. Very nice place to spend couple of days.
@@michgunnut I agree with you. Beach is rocky, but I found a solution for myself, it v CB kuldip work for you too. I wear a water shoes and about 30 foot from the shore is sandy bottom. Go little bit further from the beach. Water still shallow there.
I've always known that you were a handy guy... but you're a techno-wizard as well!! I'm all thumbs when it comes to that! Now our preference for camping includes room service... and we get as rustic as dining out without reservations... That's because at my age, I can't move around as well as you... but I enjoy sharing your good times, and remembering when... As always, THANKS for sharing, my Friend...
@@phartsky thanks Pete. Your comments are appreciated as always. Please don’t miss my new video someday in September. I car camp in secluded area and “ suffered” sleeping on the air mattress and 4 inch foam lol. Beef stew for dinner.
We saw you driving down the highway one day and started following you on youtube because of your decals. Ive watched all your videos since! Keep up the hard work boss!
It would be good to practice better trigger discipline, especially when chambering a round, you should never have your finger on the trigger when doing so, it reduces the risk of a negligent discharge.
I'm sure you see all kinds of experienced and novice campers... and SOMETIMES you just want to go over and help... or not!! Very nice assortment of mushrooms... an excellent addition to your usual generous dinner!! Outstanding!! Great to see you again!! THANKS!
@@phartsky Hey, Pete good to hear from you again. They have a company of couple of trailers, so I just watched how they park. Usually people backing up in campsite , but he went straight up
0:35 I love the camera showing behind and beside you. 1:50 I own no camper, but whenever I see one being towed, I will look to see if they are protecting their front window (I never saw that before). 2:10 I love the flag and the flag shirt. 5:10 It's enjoyable to drink wine and watch how your neighbor parks. Ha! 18:37 You say that's not many mushrooms. Wrong. That is a lot of mushrooms.11:00 Mushrooms and onion look excellent.12:40 You are quite the cook marinating your chicken overnight. 14:45 I lived in the Philippines for many years, your meal could easily feed 5. It looks great. 16:60 I love that camera view. I felt like writing today -- you are the beneficiary of a long comment. You made my day today. I enjoyed watching your video.
Hi Robert. The long comment indeed. I would say the longest comment of my lifetime of my channel existing. lol Thanks for the complement and liked my video. More to come. Cheers my friend.

I like that it’s sealed to the side and the door window can be open during the rain especially when it’s hot out. 18:48 What do you do when the wind and rain is high? Will it tare off?
Idiot drivers everywhere!! Glad that you have good reaction time!! With my luck, that idiot would have the camping spot right next to me!! My wife and I just returned from Longhorn steakhouse, where I have a nice salad, a big ribeye, with a loaded baked potato and my wife had salmon with two skewers' of shrimp, some broccoli and a sweet potato. Iced tea to wash everything down.. We didn't have a nice lake to cool off in, cause we sure could have used it.. it was 110 degrees here today, 8 degrees cooler than a few days ago! I'm looking forward to your next video, with the mushrooms!! Good Luck, my Friend!!
This coming weekend going camping-mushroom hunting. So far weather was humid, wet and hot. Excellent conditions for mushroom to grow. Hopefully I will get some.

I live where coyotes are daily..you evidently left something out that smelled good..coyotes rarely attack full grown adults..also try those new cots..so comfortable...safe travels
@SoloCampingAdventures I did that once..family of raccoons ate well that night..dozen eggs,, bacon, cheese, and English muffins..I however had to drive to town for breakfast
My favorite dinner would be stuffed cabbage, pirogi and onions, and some kielbasa!! Either that, or a ribeye steak with some cowboy beans, Blazing Saddles style!! By the way, that was a pretty nice campground, and a heck of a nice bass!! THANKS!!
@@SoloCampingAdventures Not that I dislike I just personally enjoy the rustic feeling of camping y'know? Walk 5 miles out in the wilderness and set up camp, regardless keep it up my man!
I enjoyed your Boondocking video and I agree with the other comment about the spaciousness of your tent. Also, besides the exciting coyote incident, I love to see you catch fish. Even bluegill, no matter what size they are. Bluegill are such a fun fish catch. My legs are not great so I could never really get in my kayak and cruise around in a lake. I wouldn’t trust myself. I enjoy watching your videos though.
Hi Robert I believe my tent sleep 6, but for one plenty of room. Bluegills not only fun to catch, but very testy fish. Thanks for watching, more to come.
Very roomy tent... Good reaction time to the campsite intruder.. looks like you were quite successful in fishing, but you left without cooking!! Hope it wasn't a long drive home on an empty stomach! Speak up and let us know how YOU liked boondocking!
Hi Pete It was just one night stand lol I cooked in previous video-Part 1. I like boondocking but little bit boring. Next video state park campground with cooking and talking :)

Strong and silent type, eh?? Nice and efficient camp site!! Great job on the spoon, plus you made plenty of fire wood!! Smart!! Sausage, potatoes, veggies and some dill,,, heathy and good for you.. Very nice. Can't wait for Paet 2, my Friend!!
Watching from Clinton Township. Making a spoon - awesome! I also enjoyed seeing the solar charger & that small cast iron pan. Where is this camping spot? I'll guess - Algonac?

Another great vid! Beautiful spot, beautiful lake, awesome fishing. Love to hear “Welcome Aboard!”😉👏👏. Yummy cooking 😋. As always, thanks for sharing.😁👍
@@SoloCampingAdventures I have a 3 2011 Keystone Outback 250RS. 2 slides. One side slide is a U shaped dinette and one rear slide is king bed. 25’ but has a rear king bed slide that when extended it’s 30’. I was considering an A frame, but with no toilet and not as comfortable as what I have…. No bueno! My trailer has small holding tanks…. 30 ga each for fresh, gray, black
I thought you were going to skip camping this week... glad to see you!! That's a great camping spot: nice and quiet with nobody to disturb you. Excellent fishing... 3 species in one lake is pretty good! And, grilled chicken sausage for dinner is not bad at all!!!
