What lasik procedure did you have specifically? I thought there was a week of downtime for it! Tbh i will fly to LA just for that if it’s really that simple! 😅😂 -7.5 vision over here 😣
Hi ellen I am so happy for this come back.a learned many think from you and im so grateful❤️ I did lasik last year and for first month i wore sunglasses every time sun hits my eyes because it has a graet effect in the long term
Nash girl I don’t have stigma or fear about lasik, I just can’t afford it yet😅😂 specially because 2 of my friends did it and 3y later they had to go back to glasses😢 but as soon as I can I’ll try it for myself. My vision is not really that bad but I hate wearing glasses. I use monthly contacts everyday 😊

You’re gorgeous, thats first and foremost… keloids can be a pain, as I have one on my face . Luckily, I had the injury as a child so as I grew up, the scar flattened and began to blend into my skin. Time is what helped , but I should also recommend looking into a dermatologist who specializes in African/ Asian skin because it matters. There are just some things that require a different approach. As I’m sure you’re aware ,skin of color can heal differently. Dermatologists with certifications in skin of color will have it listed with their other credentials. The only other thing I can remember being done to help with my keloid is putting vitamin e on the scar . I hope you find a solution that works for you.
oh man keloids can be a pain point bc it’s so hard to resolve 😭 I have been trying to find the right derm for me for yearsss - very much so trial & error. & thank you for the tip! X
I also re-read atomic habits this year when I wanted to get back into a good routine, but lately I’ve been slacking again as well. This video is encouraging me to get back on track!!

Hey love, try looking into a Serrapeptase supplement (Enzymedica Serra gold is pricier but a good brand) for your keloid. The enzymes help internally break down scar/keloid tissue and help decrease inflammatory response. You can also try rubbing organic castor oil on the keloid as well. Best of luck xo
