Divine light, not all olive oils are created equal but sure, feel free to use any oil. There are many that are supposed to not break down into harmful compounds like other oils when heated at high temperatures right? It's a matter of what we think we know and choose to believe. I did not see any fresh Garlic, My Lasagne will keep all and any vampire away for at least 6 months, I overdose it in the Ground Beef, and add leafs of spinach here and there!!!!

@@thenobleone-3384 Exactly. My daughter suffers several autoimmune diseases and unfortunately can't eat most foods so finding out what you can and can't eat and treating the cause is paramount. Thanks too for your comment. Miranda
@@AnosmicKitchenRecipes ok Probiotics have helped me the drinks on the shelves and the pills over the counter. I would definitely try your Lasagna it looked good. I would have a Probiotics near me
Make the same recipe but with almond milk or cream and vegan cheese. Work with what you know fits better and supplement the ingredients you can have. Cooking gives you endless possibilities.
