Where is the lie????? The last Black American wedding that I have attended was back when my daughter was 8 yrs old. She is now 26 years old. How many Black American single mother baby showers Have I attended since my daughter was 8 yrs old until now? I've lost count. I'm so sorry that the Black men that have been our communities super hero's, like my own father, brothers and uncles have been overshadowed by the overwhelming majority of just awful Black men. There's so many negative examples of Black American men that have literally WRECKED their own community that it's too shameful to even discuss. Not only are we here for the testament but now other communities of women are saying the same thing.
Sorry but Nathalie is right. Not to say that all white men act like gentlemen but there is a HUGE difference between dating a white man vs black man. I don’t look at the skin color but one can’t help but noticing that their is a big difference!!!
She literally told no lies. Wow!! I've experienced this a lot with black men. They want something for nothing overall, even the black men who are educated and doing very well financially. I've dated men who have made a lot of money and a few that weren't making as much. Both groups had a lot in common. I turned down a few white men that really were pursuing me and wanted a relationship but I still was not comfortable having a long term relationship with a white man. I believe there are some good black men just not enough, especially because it's not required in our culture, nor have we required much from them many times. Black women have constantly felt the need to work with what we have to have a black man. I think we should reconsider when there is an entire pool of men in the world to chose from so why limit ourseleves it really makes no sense. I will agree it's all about the character of the man period. However our culture accepts the bad character of black men especially if they look good or make a lot of money, accomplished. So that type of black man continues to get access to black women that he is not committing to nor wants anything serious with. Black women really need to explore their options. Decide what type of relationship you want and what will be important in your relationship such as religion, commitment, children or not, financials, romance, etc. Then be open to meeting men who have those things in common. I've learned compatibility is way more important than skin color. There's plenty of attractive men in othet cultures just have to be open. For me right now compatibility is the most important.
@@prettybrownrise Unfortunately this is the case. We are expected to accept less than every other woman in every other culture. It's ridiculous so black women we have to go. I've actually had my male black cousin and black male friends married and unmarried telling me to either move on to white men specifically or to expect nothing more from black men. They told me the truth years ago and I didn't listen. Taking that advice now seriously. I pray a lot of black women wake up, listen and act accordingly to increase chances of marrying a man of good character and for me he has to love God, the Most High. The point is increases their chances by dating out and then compare to the black men they date if they still want to date black men. At least that way they can see the different experience with men from varying culture. Pick the best man and go be happy 😊
Being a black woman myself.Not all black men I've been with the same black man for 28 years. It's good and bad in all men all races. I am so tired of us putting down our own race.. people are watching. This is not something we should do on social media. And we have also been seeing a lot of white men 👹 kill a black women. I would never talk bad about black men. not to others.I don't see other women coming out talking about their men in their community. It's true. She's right. In general the wyt culture does not support M behaving badly. The BC will normalize all kinds of bad behavior. They've allowed the corruption of their entire public image. That's what they display most often. That's who they , especially other BM, allow to be most visible even supporting them in the BC's celebrity culture. Well if a video doesn’t resonate with people, and people disengage, perhaps make a video that is more like a video essay where you explore both sides (as you like balance) rather just doing an edit like this. I can see what you were trying to do, but I can also see why people chose not to watch the whole thing. I found it quite jarring and repetitive. I have no problem watching hour long content is its good quality.
Interesting topic. I think that its more about "culture" verses race. There are several Black cultures where men are rooted in marraige and family making. Ill say with African American people this is a huge problem. Alot of AA males are raised to play and have fun and the goal is to not be tied down. Alot of the white women I worked with in my mid to late 20s were getring married... mostly to men thet had met in college or right out of college. Alot of the African women I know were married (to African men) before mid 30s. I think in some cultures, creating a family and pro-crrating is a duty...a cultural expectation. And when ppl dont live up to it, there is shame attached. Professionally, it matters and is seen as a part of the currency or stock of a man (and woman) within that culture/society. This isnt the case (for a very long time now) for African Americans. I believe alot has to do with our history and things that needed to happen out of necessity. The systematic breakdown of our family structure here and so on and so forth.
There needs to be more focus placed on correcting the behavior of black men than so many of these content creators telling BW they need to lower their standards. When I call out black men’s behavior, I get attacked

Heavy on the white men wanting a family and move with intention. Any time I held conversation with a non bm this is their answer for why they are child free. Im only 26, but I’m pretty much numb when it comes to dealing with bm on any serious level. I have dated them on different financial levels and spectrums and the result are always the same. The ones with careers, entrepreneurs and or are self sufficient don’t want a woman. Or want several to play with. Marriage is definitely not their priority during this stage. The only ones who seems to “want” something serious are the ones who aren’t financially stable or at least make very poor financial decisions. Then majority of both types have unresolved traumas. I’m over here working on myself in every area in my life and the men just ignore their emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of their lives. I’m just focusing on me for now until I can relocate to a more diverse city where I know my options of suitors and I will be more compatible.

The DMV, especially Washington DC is a good area because of the plethora of available single men. If you relocate to do, I would advise joining the International Club of DC. The club is comprised of Embassies in DC and monthly events are hosted which are inexpensive. The New Year's Yeave Gala (look it up) is phenomenal.

A wm who was behind me said Ms. Can I grab you a case where would you like it? He was so sweet. And if you need work done at your house you can’t depend on a bm because there is a 50/50 shot he will either tear something up and you will have to have someone come and correct the work or ask you for a date which is unprofessional. All you get from bm in a social capacity is a put down or a smart comment. They don’t know how to date court or treat a lady. I’ll be honest I’m over them.
