Great band.... Saw them with Annie Haslam in Media, PA. Never heard of them before, but a wonderful surprise.

My favourite incarnation of this great Band, Banging Rhythm section, IF Benzie's great vocals complementing Johnny Hardie's Fiddle.

Brilliant sound.

This is fabulous in every single way: Wesley Stace's brilliant songwriting; David Cousins' amazing vocals; Chas Cronk's fabulous harmonizing; and Dave Lambert's stellar guitar work. I love everything about this video.

I have followed the strawbs since the seventies and they always sound so fresh and original. Every song is different and like nothing I've heard before. Amazing lyrics too

Lambert's solo beginning at 4:25 surpasses the studio version in a fantastic way. It turns psychedelic, on par with Hendrix.

Great video--captures the feel of a Strawbs concert. Lambert's solo at 5:08 alludes to Golden Salamander, but I've asked him about similar allusions in other performances, and it seems that he does it from instinct and not from planning.

I saw The Strawbs with Rick Wakeman at Guildford in the spring of '71 and was duly blown away...

I had no idea Salvador Dali lived into this era! But what a great concert!
