This is not a real speedrun, this is a SEGMENTED run. Basically just run parts of the game over and over again and then paste the best parts after each other. Please don't submit false times to speedrun.com by submitting SEGMENTED runs, on speedrun.com there is a prerequisite for RTA (REAL TIME ATTACK) runs. So both Untz's 45:24 run and this 54:52 run do NOT count as a real run.
+xKroldx I didn't submit anything on speedrun.com because I relied only on rules found on speeddemosarchive.com AND it seems somewhat excessive call it "false times" because there are two types of speedrun, segmented and single-segment, this is segmented obviously (I quote speeddemosarchive.com rules) "a Single-Segment run that manages to be faster than a segmented run obsoletes the segmented run." IF speedrun.com not calculate segmented runs as real runs I don't care about because I made this video just for fun
Peter Wor I could do it so fast because I had already finished many times and helped with the official speedrun on SDA... I just optimized the route to follow and when to use/load certain skills (as against "commando" I haven't always used the fury)... but it's all about br2 one another story having MANY more skill and knowing that the enemies learn what kind of combo do and react accordingly I was thinking of "try to start" but first I have to finish it several times
I'm not the only one, There is the official speedrun on the site SDA and I think I saw a Russian RU-vidrs that makes gameplay and speedrun made it one, but the times are not comparable to my :P
Lunar Angelus Senekiss hahah thx but from what I've seen her do it for fun ^^ I instead... I remade many times (truly so many times) the segment 4-5 for gnaw a few seconds less, that in the end I could do it with eyes closed >_>
