@@ivansgarage1950thanks just copped but problem is its impossible to connect the other connector as the resistor is too big. It still makes contact but its forced in but not fully in. Working fine so far.
You don't need to turn on the engine to disconnect the airbag, You just release and pull the steering weal toward to you and you will have space to unscrew and release the airbag. Jus disconnect the battery from the beginning.
Yes, you have to, otherwise you will create a conflict to the memory and when you turn on the car you will have problems. Disconnecting the battery will save the set up to the memory.
