because haley had the sat's coming up and didn't study for them at all, and she is not exactly smart enough to wing it and get a good score. Besides that, when she should have been studying, she was asking to go to a party.
Everytime an usa citizen (not gonna call them americans, americans are not wasp people, and certainly not a people that discar the history and culture of natives and replace it with english crap) recalls that epic fail, it makes me smile.
