I actually know where this is 😂. Dw your secret is safe with me. It's not much of a secret but there's another resort that has a ton of them and they usually get riled up later in the season. Caught limit within 30mins. At 27ft deep. I would suggest using a 36" haat rod which at first when I bought I didn't think I would need it but in Canada, you are barbless so it helps keep the fish pinned. Great rods but expensive.
This movie was absolutely the best fishing movie I’ve ever seen! I have never fished a lake trout in my life. Primarily I fish walleye. This video came on after a walleye video I was watching ended. I sat and watched the entire thing. Great video guys! Every fisherman alive needs to see this. ❤
I see you haven’t any questions yet. I would like to know what year this video was made. Was this on the east coast of Lake Huron? This is 2024. It is my understanding that the Kings are basically gone. We fish out of Port Sanilac and we catch Coho and Atlantic. I haven’t seen a King yet. Update: Today, September 4, 2024 I caught a 16 lb King out of Port Sanilac about four miles out. So they are in this lake. They might be few and far between, but they are here.
Question about lead core line, if u want to let out only 4 colours of lead, is 4 colours all u have on that reel? Or can u put 10 colours on the reel, than only let 4 colours out?
My aluminum boat is dry as a bone. Starcraft Delta 188 DC Pro. I've blasted 4 foot wales at 40 mph and no wet ride. 3 foot chopm perfectly dry. What I notice is tgat fiberglass boats, being way heavier, ride nicer......but they also drink wag more fuel. The Delta 188 rides as close to as nice as a glass boat as any aluminum I have ever been in.
Great video Grant! It's super fun to see your honesty and effort to explore lakes. Very good skill to catch the ones you set out to find! I just caught the biggest largemouth bass in my life yesterday. Dedication is all it takes!
