His backand shoulders wouldnt have lasted with that lack of technique. Its really painful to look at and probably was for the actor. He never did 1:39 rowing like that. She's better but not that good either. Why didnt they get properly coached?
From the producer of Ghostbusters starring Stifler, Fox Mulder, 7-Up guy, Buffalo Bill, Clarice Starling, Bull from Night Court, and should be satired.
I watched the series 5 years ago. This week I decided to buy a WaterRower - guess this model just stayed in my head ever since. But I'm sure I won't regret it. Back training is so important.
I got a water rower too and after looking into it...man he got it all...arched back, no leaning, messed up sequences, rising the hands in the last stage and t-rex arms, the reservoir it's even filled at a pretty high resistance you will get no workout with a form like that
make sure you find a water level that suits you, i was training for years with it maxed out at 19 litres and regularly getting a sore back. I reduced it to 17 litres and the problem went away
@@GoogleUser-en9dhAs Ash said, start with a lower water level and add more if over time you find it too easy in terms or resistance. Don't start too high and about 17 is good level. 19 is for advanced or very strong rowers. Have fun
Lmao, I just stumbled upon this video and it took me right back to 2004ish or whenever I got my aerobird challenger. I think your flights here are about as far as I ever got with it also 🤣 I still have it actually, I've always toyed around with the idea of bringing it out and trying to get it working again
haha someone here suggested i throw it into the air, but i sold it to my friend lol i dont know what he has done with it, we should get it out and try again!
