Good video. But it will take more than a few hours with prep - painting with Kilz, measuring and marking level and plumb, laying out your pattern, plus gluing if you need to and measuring and marking all the cuts. So, it might really be "Just a few days".
+Kathy Schwalbe ,yes you can apply over popcorn ceilings. I recently just completed my upper level of my house with these & I had horrible heavy textured popcorn ceilings. Just make sure your ceilings are sealed if never painted. Use an construction adhesive meant for paneling as I used liquid nails. Also if any of the popcorn stuff is coming off then yes you will have to scrape some of it off.
