There are loads of videos like this with ASDA. I havent used them for years. When they sacked people who had worked for them for years. Your money spends anywhere so you dont have to use it.
ASDA " security " staff are not SIA trained nor registered with them. They are ordinary oiks too dim to work on the tills. Most have attitude problems due to their inflated self importance. Sad situation really. I have met one or two good ones during my eleven years of employment as a lorry driver with Asda, unfortunately most are thick as mince.
Before anyone jumps the gun I agree that it was totally despicable behaviour from the so called 'security guard'. However, is this lady in a public place as she says? Is it not a private place owned by Asda who allow access to the public under certain conditions? I'm not condoning the psycho behaviour and apparent assault by any means, I'm just questioning the legality of whether the lady is entitled by law to record in what I would have presumed was a privately owned premises?
I believe I'm correct in thinking that unless asda clearly state that they have removed the right to film then no.. the shopper is quite within her right to film as it is free public access to the shop.

The behaviour of the staff was despicable ,clearly a case of policing on personal feelings, the set of her face and the passive aggressive tone from the off ,spoke volumes Asda employee is not fit to serve in the public sector ,unacceptable behaviour .

I don't want dogs in supermarkets. There's exposed food everywhere, it's ridiculous bringing a dog inside. Asda have a difficult balance with customers like these. Would you want to be security dealing with her? I wouldn't.

There are many reasons why people need an assistant dog. Be it they are blind, fully or partially, they might have PTSD, find it difficult on their own in shops or even outside. So what should they do? Just stay at home, and starve?

I have contacted Asda and gave them your channel details for them to view the video, I suggested the employee needs diciplinary action and training on how to deal with customers.

My Auntie and Uncle live in Cyprus and you were forced to take the vaccine or otherwise you didn’t eat, as the shops wouldn’t serve people without a vaccine card. And six months later both nearly died of blocked arteries and needed new heart valves. They’ve both survived just, but it was touch and go, as both ended up in intensive care and they both know what nearly caused them to end up on death’s door.
