I am one of the few people who does not like feta cheese. I do think your recipe is amazing, though, and I can't wait to try it! I am excited to go to the farmers' market this weekend and come up with a peasant meal like this.

If you've watched this video and are like me and want a recipe to follow, here is the recipe typed out: Ingredients 4 Tbsp olive oil 1 small carrot, diced 2 sprigs green onions, diced 1/2 sprig leek, sliced in rings 1/2 kg pinto beans 1.5 L water 5 Tbsp chopped celery leaves 3 Tbsp chopped parsley 4 cloves garlic 1 sprig rosemary 3 bay leaves 1/3 tsp dried oregano 2 tsp salt Directions Heat olive oil over medium heat in large pot Add carrot and saute for 3 minutes Add green onions and saute 1 minute Add leek and saute for 2 minutes Add pinto beans, water, celery leaves, parsley and bring to boil Add garlic, rosemary, bay leaves, oregano and salt, turn burner to low, cover and cook for 30 minutes Remove cover and cook an additional 15 minutes Serve.
It's cooking now, and I'm so excited to try it! You may need to add more water. I had to, because my veggies were not so tiny as those in the video. Regardless, I expect this recipe to be as delicious as the others I've tried from this channel! Chef's kiss! And thank you!!!

It’s a myth, meaning soaking in baking soda should be avoided. Plain water is the best, as it doesn’t affect the nutritional content. Hopefully this helps🤗thanks for reaching out and sending our best wishes from Athens🌞❤️🙏
