Great question Chris! If you'll be starting to use Kicksite after Tuesday the 6th, then you wouldn't need to worry about the family management form since any families you create will be in the new uplifted family profile.
Looks good. It will still be integrated with ATA's testing portal, correct? And when a student misses a testing, but then doesn't come to enough classes the next semester, will it reset so they won't be eligible? Currently they would be eligible because of the prior semester's number of classe.
What if we want to add retail inventory to the sale? Would we have to create a separate invoice for that? Also, if they are on autopsy, does their membership also go on auto renew, or do we have to manually fix that?
@@Kicksite Really missing the point I was trying to highlight. I would like to see this not display private information in the background. If this could be achieved it would mean that we can pass the tablet to the new member to complete Name, Email, Phone details fast and seamlessly, instead of forcing an instructor or staff member to have to complete this.
@@MartialArtsonRiverway In instances where you want to have the student themselves fill out their information, your best course of action is to create a lead capture form and landing page with the membership flow connected. You can put landing pages into Kiosk mode on a tablet so the only thing visible to the student is those form fields and buttons, nothing else. kicksite.com/knowledge-base/how-to-create-a-landing-page
Current Kicksite user- Super pain in the rear end to have to void an invoice and start from scratch when a mistake is made, I don't like it at all! After adding multiple items to the invoice and then finding a mistake almost makes you want to pull your hair out! 😡
Hi there, just to clarify: do you already have ACH set up with your payment processor and just need guidance on switching the recurring billing? Or do you need to get ACH set up with your processor?
When will this be active for all users? Mine still goes in & out of Classic for some of the functions. Finance is one that switches back & forth from the new to classic & back again.
We have been rolling it out bit by bit to ensure a successful transition for all, and expect everyone to be fully switched to the new system here in the next 2-3 weeks!
We would like to be able to have automatically applied late fees. I have it written into the agreements that there is an automatic late fee but I have to go in manually to do it. The same with returned payments
This is a great idea! And needed. In some states you're not allowed to recover those fees. But you can in Pennsylvania. Also, I already did this when putting my new pricing structure into place. I just added the difference into the price.
