Drink a lot of water after an adjustment and no stressful movements like a quick head snap when driving, sitting with one leg in the seat of your chair, walking with your head down or side-sleeping with your top leg bent more than the bottom leg. Drink half your body weight (180# = 90) in ounces of water daily = 90 oz. (no less than 64 oz. daily).
In general or her in particular? Because I dont believe she used any profanity. Usually it is because something something snapped or cracked and shocked their entire nervous system. When a nervous system is under stress, the outcome might be anything outside of the normal interaction.

My Dr. father taught me that chiro's are nuts and dangerous. So I believed that since my dad is a smart guy. Until one day when I couldn't handle the headaches I had been getting out if nowhere for a few weeks (stupid new way I was sleeping with a towel under my neck and blah blah blah long irrelevant story). Like magic a coupon came in the mail for a cheapo first visit. I insisted no cracking so she used that mini pogo stick thing and after a few days of that crap I said fuk it, do your thing. Went 2x a day for 3 or 4 days and she fixed that shit and I never came back. In my 4th Chiro now and omg they are life savers and they do shit nibody else can/will and for a fraction of the cost. And usually very intelligent and knowledgeable. The only thing I dislike is the chiros that try to get you on a monthly plan. Fuck that noise. Maybe when I'm 75.
