How tints doing rain 🌧 days

It seems like you can see the headlights pretty well through the 5% tint? I have the Hyundai sonata with the blind spot monitor that has the light that will indicate anyone in the blind spot and I have a back up camera, so do you think this will be okay with the 5% tint? I had 20% on my ford Taurus and didn’t have any problems at night but I still felt like people could see me through it. I just can’t decide on 15 or 5 percent on the front two windows. I do have a tint exemption form so I’m not really worried about legality but mainly just safety for myself and i dont want to hit any curbs with my car. I do plan on getting the ceramic tint which i have heard is easier to see out of than regular tint but i dont have any expirence with this. Any tips or suggestions?

15% all around and 50 on the windshield for me. Can’t do the two tone 35/15 crap.

This is the best video I’ve found so far. I think I’m set on going 15% ceramic all around except front windshield and corner windows. Gonna do a 5% ceramic on the corner windows and a 5% carbon tint sun visor. I wanted the 5% for LED stickers.

why didn't u show inside the 5%, i am wondering the quality of this tint, is that 5% shit quality? How come the 15% looks darker than the 5%?

I did ceramic tint, 35% on my windshield & 5% on the rest on my sedan with black interior. You can still see inside it 😭 It’s not dark enough.

I reccomend 5% back passenger windows and rear windows. 15% for fromt driver and passenger window and 30% windshield. Perfect

5% will have people guessing if your in your car or not. You can not see nothing in side at night.

I would keep the chrome unless it’s scratched

That car is Beautiful!

I live in NYC and have a tint waiver from the NYS DMV. With that said I did 20% over the factory 20% tint in the rears and back of my pick up truck which makes it 5% overall, then did 15% on the front driver and passenger side windows, 5% over the factory 20% on the sunroof, then 70% on the windshield. On my other car which is a 4 door sedan I did 70% on the windshield, then 30% everywhere else, and I have a tint waiver for this car as well.

@ InTheLifeOfDay even when your tint cured(like few weeks to few months and longer) it still stayed that dark and didn't even get any lighter cause damn it looks just like 5% and I just got mine done yesterday with 15 all around including full windshield....I have a dark Grey impala so I'm wondering if it matters by the exterior color of your car as well or what cause my gf has 15 as well all around(her car is black) and mine looks darker than hers?

I just did 5% all around the bac, with 17% on the two front. It’s trippy cuz you can still see inside the car but in certain angles where light shines it’s totally dark. (Talking about the 17%]
