Hi Michael, usually the insurance costs between 0.8 and 1% depending of the cruising area and id the boat is privately used or not. And maintenance depends of the orignal condition of the boat but usually on a privilege 615 including antifouling should exceed 40/50k€

Ah ok, the 15yo design I can understand. What are drawbacks of flush hatches? On this boat I see 6 potentials for broken toes before your are even mid ship and on an "self relient environment" I thought that was strange.
