Hi! thanks for the video. Do you know how is it possible to share a workspace that was created for a specific persona BUT without multiplying any custom views. Example : currently when I select the option "copy to users" which is the only one intended to "share" the workspace. then it creates a list view for each user to which the form is copied to. With this behavior maintenance will be very cumbersome. Thanks in advance for your advice.
Hi Alicia, thank you for this scenario. What would you suggest in case there was a service for training 1 QTY or 1000 USD. And the vendor would send you 2 invoices, 500 and 500. If I post the first 500 USD, system will mark the PO as Invoiced. And I am not able to post the second 500 USD invoice. What I do is with service items I put 1000 in QTY and 1 in net amount. This way I am able to take only 500 QTY for the first invoice (PO still remains open), and then 500 QTY for the second one.

Hi Alicia. Do you know if it is possible to share/export the workspace itself to different users? So, that would be exporting the workspace on the dashboard and them importing directly to new user on their respective dashboard with same tiles showing on the dashboard from the export copy?

Hi. This is the two legged intercompany chain right ? Can you do three ledgged intercompany chain ? original sales order then Intercompany PO and Intercompany SO.
You can create a drop ship and an intercompany but I don't think you can do 2 intercompany Sales Orders. In other words, you can create a customer Sales Order with a PO drop ship PO that creates and intercompany Sales Order.

Hi Alicia, very good video explanationer. However, I am not able to see the result of the "Export to users" functional. Once copied to my colleagues user (who has the same roles) they do not see my personalised workspace. Have you experianced the same issue or have an idea on how to solve that?
