My wife had a gastric band operation back in 2003. The hospital had never carried out this procedure before so did not now how to deal with her post operatively. She was never offered any advice and has never had any follow up. In the end I had to approach a different hospital who had an obesity clinic. They checked her our but still did not deliver any advice or follow. Her GP knows nothing about the procedure as she has changed Doctors a number of times due to relocating.
Herpes & HPV virus is not the end of life there is a permanent cure for herpes & HPV virus without any side effects visit doctor adule RU-vid channel for more informations..
in my opinion this is the worst of the three operations, I had a gastric band in September 2017 and it was removed in August 2018 with absolutely no weight loss whatsoever the only thing I gained from this surgery was an incisional hernia and the need to vomit every single day, I developed severe burning in my throat and it was found that I had digestive enzyme pepsin in my saliva at that point the band was removed. In the 11 months I have this gastric band they could not put any fluid into it as it was being rejected by my body and was severely restricting the passage of food even when it was empty they put 1/2 cc of fluid in and completely closed me off altogether so far 11 months I had a gastric band that had absolutely no fluid in it whatsoever that was preventing me from eating if I can give advice to anyone is do not get a gastric band it is not the most popular surgery in the world most of the Western world is now shunning the gastric band due to its extremely high failure rate
Maybe it didnt agree with your body and it was a few years bk. Personally i know quite a few that hsve had it and lost alot of weight and look fab... sorry gor yoyr journey.
@@ritarigs thank you for your reply and I can absolutely agree with you 100% I was told that my body was rejecting the band and causing me all sorts of complications I ended up with digestive enzymes in my throat because of the band that could have caused Barrett's oesophagus which could have went to throat cancer so I have no option but to have it removed, but I was more disappointed that after vomiting for nearly 11 months at every single male which was liquid by the way I only lost 6 pounds the surgeon gave me that sly look as much to say or you must have been eating the wrong type of liquids but I am now extremely happy that they have taken me back into the Tier 4 weight service and I have an appointment with a bariatric surgeon on 3 June to discuss a further procedure so hopefully I may get something that is more suitable but after my last experience I am really struggling to decide whether I want to go further or not
@@ritarigs the doctor I spoke to at the weight clinic told me the gastric band they give me was completely the wrong procedure for the extremely complicated medical conditions I have and when I say complicated I am not lying I have an extremely poor medical history and I have just been diagnosed with multi-system atrophyc which means I will probably die a relatively young age, I'm not looking for any pity so please don't think I am I have known about this for a long time I am also registered blind as I have a significant sight loss. The doctor I saw at the weight management clinic said that the best procedure for me would have been the gastric bypass but I will leave that in the hands of the surgeon as I am now confident it won't be another gastric band, thank you very much for taking the time to wish me luck
Appreciate Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you ever tried - Taparton Growing Program Takeover (do a google search)? It is a great one of a kind guide for learning how to get a bigger manhood minus the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my mate after many years got great success with it.
I'm 15 at the moment and ever since I was 12 I've always wanted to be a midwife. I'm very interested in pregnancy and I really want to get all of my GCSE's, get my A levels in college and then go to university to become a midwife. A lot of people tell me that it's a lovely job and it's very rewarding
I couldn't agree more. She is a wonderful Dr and has cared for me several times over the 22 years I have known her. For anybody who has just been diagnosed or has the illness I recommend that you read some of of books as they make this illness easier to understand especially if you are a parent of a child with diabetes. She is a brilliant, extraordinary woman.
I wish that they made preventative measures where I live too - you can go to a doctor and get sent home all the time until hat you were afraid of will happen/things get A LOT worse...
Actually if the doctors don't know their patient's wishes, they could end up doing what the patient don't want. They had to do it. This way they would know what she would want.
Oh hai! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cousin got great Six pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.

I have the great pleasure of consultation with Dr Hillson at her post at the Hillingdon Hospital, who is reassuring, knowledgeable, patient, caring and humourous, even where I may present facile problems. She is an extraordinary medical professional who deserves all acclaim and fortune.
All people on this earth are entitled to decide how they will pass into the next realm when it is clear there is no other alternative. Keeping someone alive just because you can doesn't make it right! Doctors/Governments/Pharmacy have no business telling us how to die, they spend too much time already telling us how to live! If I was in Jill's situation, I would want the same... God Bless her and let her suffer less, not more.
Do WMAS have any Mercedes ambulances? I've never seen one! Will Pathways/CSD work? We stand in front of people and explain that they don't really need hospital treatment but they still want to go so we are obliged to take them!
@havoc999998 Haha, Canadian and Paramedic training is considered poor by us brits. Our Paramedics are educated at a far higher level then yours. We do indeed have a few critical care paramedics working for SECAMB now.
@LEK2129 Smear tests aren’t offered to under 25s because many changes in the cervix of a younger woman are normal. Changes a smear test picks up are often reversible and do not lead to cancer. Smears tests at younger ages could therefore lead to unnecessary treatment and side effects. The aim is to find a balance which minimises anxiety whilst ensuring changes which could progress into cancer are not missed.
Why on earth would you want something that is more likely to GIVE you the flu than prevent it? Everyone I know who was silly enough to have the COMBINED vaccine has been/is still very ill. Don't believe the 'shortage' lies, either.
