I will share recent experience of exchanging the number plate, first you need to pay the fee of plate exchange (for each plate 400sar) through bank which is shown in this video, then go absher vehicle management option you will see the option plate exchange, then you need to enter ID no of the other owner with whom you are exchanging the plate and sequence no of his car, then he will recieve OTP , you need to insert that OTP in your absher request, within 2 min your number will be exchanged and digital istemara will be uodated in your absher account, vehicle insurance will b updated automatically no need to buy new insurance and you can exchange the plate there itself no need to go to moroor office, in case you want physical istemara you need to visit maroor office. You need to pay delivery fees as then mentioned in request of 230Sar with included vat, the term mentioned about wakala here is for getting istemara from maroor office other than your, best thing to do to get istamara easily is to renew online and get it through SPL, no headache of visiting maroor office as we all know sometime they will deny without any reason, untill then you can use digital istemara😅

Back in 2022 when btc was at its cycle low, people where saying btc is done for it's going below $15k US it's going to zero. Well it's down 10% from mid March ath 2024 and now everyone is shitting themselves. That doesn't make any logical sense especially for crypto.Its just a shake out phase, chill people go zoom out at old charts. learn how to read candlesticks and watch the charts that way you can figure out when to buy and when not to.. If you wanna make money on crypto... u wanna buy when it low.. so when people are panicking... you should be stacking.. bc it will pay off..

As far as my experience goes in Saudi, there's currently no other way. It might be different in other countries, but here, you either buy through P2P or you buy from someone else. You pay that person in cash or transfer the funds, and they send the crypto to your Binance account. But you need to make sure the person is trustworthy and can actually send you the crypto once you give them the money.
So what is the involvement of seller in this? If you have seller car istamara that’s it? No confirmation or otp in absher for seller? What if someone has his istamara and transfer the plate without his concent
In Saudi Arabia, currently, you cannot use both Carid Card and debit card for transactions. Direct fund transfers from Saudi accounts are not yet possible. However, there's an alternative: using P2P services on the Binance app, which guarantees security. I've discussed all of this in my latest video. The insurance remains with the car. But now you can do all of this via Absher long into your absher and you can do all of this in a minute no need to go to the traffic police station.
@asadgulzarahmad1575 The insurance remains the same if you wish to issue a new insurance for the updated number plate you could otherwise you could use the same insurance policy the one you had previously applied for. Second option you can call the insurance company and ask them if they can update it for you.
With the new update, transferring a vehicle number plate can now be done entirely through Absher. Before starting with Absher, ensure that both parties pay the required fees, which is 400 SR for each vehicle owner. Once you've paid via bank, log in to your Absher account using a web browser, as the Absher app won't show the vehicle transfer details. Go to the vehicle section and follow the required steps. The whole process should take about 10 minutes, which is a huge improvement from the old, painful process. I hope this helps solve your problems. Thanks
Sir, some one said you are in saudi arabia and your account is Indian account then you use in saudi arabia then all saudi government policy will apply and you will not give any taxes to Indian government. Please clarify that
You might not see the list of crypto sellers because you're using Binance Lite. Try switching to the Binance Pro interface within the Binance app, then navigate to the P2P trending section. To change the app interface, click on the Binance logo icon at the bottom of the screen and switch between Binance Lite and Pro.
Based on my experience, there's nothing wrong with using different country variants, except for the tax implications. Other than that, you'll have the same access whether you use a KSA account or accounts from other countries. So, if your crypto account is based in India, you'll be tracked via an Indian crypto account. You could even have two accounts on Binance with different logins, but holding one or two crypto accounts isn't a bad idea, and having multiple accounts could be beneficial.
