How do you find work as very experienced senior accounted on a 482 visa? We are offshore and the only companies that will sponsor you what you to have valid Australian working rights and be onshore. Makes things impossible really then doesn’t it. I wouldn’t sell my house in the UK and come over with no job and pray it all works out. Also to even get a look in on a 189 or 190 visa they require at least 95 points to get an invite.
Hi there I got my pr on 10 feb 2023 then my father was diagnosed with terminal illness so I had to leave the country I went in Nov 15 to 20 April 2024 so was I eligible to apply after coming back or I had to wait another whole year? Now I have to leave again in Dec holidays for a month so will it affect my eligibility again?

Hello Sir, Was wondering if you will be uploading a similar video on the 491 visa as well?. I submitted my EOI for the 491 Regional Visa for NSW, Victoria, and ACT back in Jan 2024. Hello Nick, I, an Indonesian citizen, have been in a relationship with my Australian partner for about 5 years. We have not lived together on a permanent basis, but have shared each other's family house on holidays during which we shared domestic responsibilities and presented as a couple on various social activities (4 times x 2-6 weeks together). Not much to prove for the financial aspect because mostly he pays for my stuff and has transferred me money (for plane tickets, my travel insurance), and when I cover his vacation in Indonesia I use the money in my bank account without transferring it to his account. We can surely provide declarations from friends and family members regarding our genuineness, and have exchanged many messages with each other's family that can support the claim. I have an Australian tourist visa that's valid until 2027 with him as a sponsor. Would we be able to register our relationship? I am pursuing a Master's degree in March 2025 in Australia with him as the financial sponsor, and apparently it requires our relationship to be de facto for this purpose. She has no access to that immi account. Can she make her own immi account and download a copy so she can see the progress of the vias?
