Hubud is one of my favorite sensitivity drills. I call it, "The Elevator" of sensitivity drills. Kali, Silat, Wing Chun, even certain Muay Thai entries for the clench/plum can be inserted into the 'generator'. Repetition of skillsets and Rhythm within the flow are the key attributes that can be developed with Hubud drills, plus it's lot's of FUN!! 🙂Thanks Sifu Rick!! 🙂
Wouldn’t he just still punch you even if you hit the middle of his body. Because when you put your hand on his arm, you’re leaving yourself undefended aganist anything anything from the arms side of the face and or kicks to the head
Love Bruce and Yip Man but there’s a reason why a wing chun expert has never won any mma or high level martial arts competition and no it’s not because it’s so deadly that it’s illegal.
Thank you so much for your reply! Took a look at your website…I will sign up to the International student section. Hole fully see you in the UK 🇬🇧 in May 🙏🏾
