COOKLET IS BACK🎉🎉🎉! I met you at Business Costco with my wife a while back and you told me to leave a comment. Keep up the great work brother. I hope to see more of your videos in the future.
This looks delicious…will be making it! Is there a special reason you listed Uncle Ben’s rice? Or, do you think another long grain rice would work as well? And, what chicken powder do you use…Knorr’s?
Thank you for your support! i always use Uncle Ben’s rice i never try different brand go head and try it it might change the water ratio. and Knorr's should b ok to use i use bulk barn brand 👍

I've missed you Buddy. I actually need a good rice pilaf recipe. Can't wait to make this. The only thing I would do differently is make this in my instant pot/rice cooker.
Got on RU-vid to get some rice ideas and your video pops up. Always look forward to your videos. You're an awesome cook & do an excellent job explaining things.
I came back to tell you I tried your recipe exactly and nailed it, It was simply delicious I couldn’t even believe it I made this awesome shawarma My kids and husband dont like bread so I made middle eastern rice And also I followed your tahini recipe and it was a hit as well a big big thanks and now I’m a subscriber and a fan ❤
The best Asian cucumber salad I've ever made! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. We had it with steamed rice and sesame seared tuna... 👍🏻 Perfect!!
Hello Chef! Greek yiayia here. I would never think to add turmeric to a cake. And no eggs! Amazing idea for a wonderful breakfast treat. Is this middle eastern? I’m guessing you are of Lebanese heritage. Love your recipes! Keep posting please 🙏 And Thank You!
You are a very talented Chef and you brought me back to my youth. I am a Greek American yiayia (grandma) and my yiayia in Greece, made this minus the mozzarella. Instead she used kasseri and kefalogavriera cheese. It was better than pastitsio and a rich vegetarian meal. Thank you, and keep posting.
I think I can make this and it looks sooo good! You make it look so easy. Thanks for including how long you are cooking in your different steps. Showing the temperature of the chicken was a nice touch. I just subscribed to your channel. Looks like you have plenty of recipes for me to try. Thanks for posting!
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter 2 tbsp rice win vinegar 2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp lime juice 1/2 tbsp sesame seed salt and pepper to your taste add 1 or 2 tbsp of water if needed to thin it up drizzle on your favorite salad and ENJOY!
I added about 2 tbsp of lemon juice to apricot jam and stirred it in before spreading on base. Gave it that extra bit of tang I love. Trying this with mincemeat now.
Had all ingredients except parsley so switching it up with iceberg lettuce. Chicken marinating now. Looks yum. Hopefully will taste as good as it looks. Thanks for sharing.
