This channel is about opening safes without drilling or damaging them. You won't find anything videos teasing about finding gold or diamonds. 99% of locked safes are empty. The goal is to open these without damage so they can survive another 100 years.
I am located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, canada. I am willing to travel(at your expense) and open your safe for free.
Thanx Rick - I hope you have a full length video on this type of safe. This is like the one I need to do. It's interesting that you found Wheel 1 was the tall one and not Wheel 4. Did you open the back to look at the pack? I have your laser on order.
Opened a couple of these, find the last number and then just go through each combination for W1 & W2, can skip 3 numbers at a time as the tolerance is pretty wide. Doesn't take much time on these 3 wheel versions.
Hi! I've just started safecracking and i really enjoy your videos, but please, could you stop skipping the most important part? I'm sure that alot more people are interested in the process of opening the safe than the content inside. Even a voiceover could be cool, you surely have alot of exp. in the field and it would be cool to learn your reasoning. Have a super day and happy cracking!
I have the same safe, but it came with no combination and it was free. I couldn’t wait long enough. I tried breaking in and I just ended up ruining it.😂 now I’m probably just gonna scrap it now now that I have another one that works
@@MBSAFCRKR well, a lot of us can learn just by watching, but when it's fast forwarded, we can't see, or hear your "talking out loud" which believe it or not we can learn from. :)
Achei que fossem portas comum de predios antigos e estava me perguntando :-porque ele esta filmando portas ? ... ai me toquei que não apenas portas,são cofres enormes !! 😮😮❤❤❤
The mark directly above the dial is used for dialing the combination, the one to the left is used for setting the combination when a key is inserted in the back of the lock. When the combination is known it is sometimes successful to open the safe by tapping on the door above the dial with a dead blow hammer. I opened a huge jewelers safe in five minutes that way while professional locksmiths wanted thousands of dollars to cut the safe open and spent hours trying to open it.
Rick I like the way you showed what you thought was wrong. can you give us an update on it after the drilling to show if you were right in your thoughts?
Don't trust the laser.. you have to understand the manipulation process before you introduce the laser. You have to know what readings make sense and which ones don't. You'll see me a few times in this video ignoring the laser readings because they weren't possible.
@@MBSAFCRKR Yes, I appreciate that. I have a Lagard lock that I have practiced on a few times, getting dearest wife to input a combination with a change key. I have used a vernier scale to determine the contact points and physically graphed it, to determine the code each time. But one lock does not make one "Competent" - if there is such a place - so I value your input.
@ralph5476 I am pretty used to walking into the unknown.. I have many game plans in case I run into problems. Most of my tools I've made myself. I refuse to drill. I leave that for others..
Fellow safe tech here still learning manipulation. What’s that chart that you’re using to record your numbers? I’d like to see if I’d like to use that over the graphing technique.
Question: if the safe moves why couldn't you take it out and set it up where you can work on it better, or was it loosly mounted? Have a great day, I also picked up a "World Reserve - Monetary Exchange" safe that is a direct entry dial. I think you can buy it cheap when you buy enough coins from the seller under the same name.
Clever set up. I'm a newbie to manipulation, but I recently tried my first direct entry safe. I found it hard to get consistent readings so I got frustrated and drilled and scoped it. You were able to get 3 wheels using your method then brute force the last wheel?
Always interesting to see the old S & G stuff, a old 3 wheel (brass ?), wish I could have done that with the Cat 3 under counters I used to have to open, 4 wheel Aluminium modern, keylock and time delay, broken back working on the floor, lucky the banks where I live opted for the keylock to be the custodian/master lock so mostly had the key, until the safe door was slammed into a wall or something and broke the key web off inside.
Fascinating process! From an electronics/hardware hacking perspective, this resembles a sidechannel attack am I right? You exploit the tiny difference in mechanical response bassicaly?
