hey man just came across one of your just riding vids from a year ago and it was so soothing to watch especially with such a badass dayton 675. I was wondering what year yours is? There is a really nice 2015 675r for sale near me but it has 17k miles on it and idk if thats worth it for my first bike with such high mileage. Just subbed though man I love the content keep it up with the vids and beautiful bikes :)
Love how you use the whole lane for the "sways". I do the same thing. Just something stupidly calming and hypnotic about the "Sways". It just feels good in the soul. It's the biking equivalent to laying in a hammock on a breezy day.

@@stevofoz I meant to cover the tuning process more but completely forgot lol, will definitely talk about it in a future vid! The gabro map has been good to me, might do the airbox mod eventually, but this is moreso the daily as I’m working on something special for the Daytona 👀 glad you enjoyed! 💙

this top speed makes sense, very good discussion about the drag. my striple675r only goes 140 fully tucked (based on online data ;]) due to the lack of aero. hard to do the math without testing the frontal area of each bike, wish that data was out there for the pickings, but there's a whole slew of equations you can use to calculate the drag force and relate it to top speed using the gear ratios... ride safe y'all, don't replicate this RIDE 5 gameplay on a greenscreen :(
I'm thinking of buying a 2010 675 SE with 15k miles on it for 7,5k USD. Our should I buy the new Daytona 660 for 11k? What worries me is the availability of replacement parts for the 675.
How much louder is it than factory exhaust? I got a Leo Vince shorty can that even with the additional db killer was too loud for my tastes. I read the Arrow is supposedly only a little louder than stock?
What was the biggest selling point for you to get one of these instead of the typical Yamaha ,Kawasaki, Honda or Suzuki because i honestly don’t know which one to go for?
@@BlueDevilMoto ive been reading alot of forums about the whole tuning process from your experience would the bike make any difference if you dont tune it Did you tune yours?
@@ljaydv4210 mine is tuned. Difference won’t be largely noticeable but if you want it running correctly with minimal wear on valves/internals, you’ll need to flash it. If you switching from an OEM restricted exhaust to something that flows more air (slip-on, decat, race air filter, etc.), the ECU needs to know to adjust the air:fuel accordingly. Running lean for a long time can cause harm.

@@BlueDevilMoto but why ? Daytona's low to mid range torque makes it much better city bike, than all other SuperSportsthere are tons of high rpm torque track machines, R6 ror example. But only Daytona gives you power at city-usable rpm's
