I say this from a place of love and from experience. Girl get that faja on and wear it like your second skin. Seriously. The compression is supporting your healing, keeps swelling down and encourages your body to flush the access fluid. Plus your booty is bigger/heavier so that's putting stress on that incision across your back. Not wearing your faja is allowing your skin to stretch from the swelling which is going to give you thicker scars as they pull apart. You already hated those itty bitty scars you had from VSG so don't do this to yourself. Suck up the discomfort and wear it...or get one that you actually like whatever it takes just wear it.

It was really hard but I managed somehow! Basically I had a roller carryon that I walked to the airline check-in area and then I asked them for a wheelchair assistance to transport me through securing and onto the airplane. I checked my luggage so I didn’t have to take it on the airplane with me.

I am on week 3 of my MMO (tummy tuck, breast augmentation with implants and BBL) My doctor advised that I do at 10 lymphatic massages to help with the swelling and healing. I did 12 massages in total because they literally would give me life back after each massage. I also stayed 3 weeks because my doctor wanted to take the drains out on day 14. I am still recuperating and I pray you are healing well. You are so brave for having done this on your own ❤ You will look amazing after you fully recover.
Your body is starting to retain fluid. That’s why the tightness is uncomfortable. It’s always best to stay in your faja 24hrs, except showering and washing. Recovery is much faster. Best wishes to you
Yes you are correct. Now that I look back on it I should've had them put the faja on me immediately after surgery. I didn't advocate for myself and it caused a lot of painful swelling. Everything healed nicely though for me thank god!
@@bobbymommychiyo6302 surprisingly the pain is not too bad. Just uncomfortable because it’s hard to move/you feel very stiff and tight. It’s just more annoying than painful.
@@bobbymommychiyo6302 they said not to use creams and lotions/ body oil on or near the incisions for a few weeks . But you can def do your normal skincare routine.
Hey Sharon it’s so nice to see another mom around the 7 month 8 month mark talking about relactating! Did your baby ever latch at all? And if you can make an update video I really want to know what happened after for you, because I’m in the same situation even though every mom is different!
So I was able to start producing milk again with the help of Domperidone but unfortunately my little one had already gotten used to the bottle and refused the boob 😢 I’m proud of myself for at least trying though

It doesn't hurt much at all if you make sure to take all your pain meds. I was annoyed one time from having to take so many different pills and refused to take it and I regretted it so much!
@Sharebearxo that's why I was wondering because from the BBL vlog that I watched they all have to sleep on their stomach for months. They have to sit on a donut shape cushion for months to prevent losing the volume on the butt

It’s the mom in you that makes you feel guilt. Don’t, you’re human too and if you’re happy so will your little one. I’m a mom of 4 boys. My youngest just graduated this year. Now that they’re all adults I’m getting my surgery. But I sure wish I had done it before. Being young is a huge advantage during the healing process. You did it at the perfect time. Take care. Yes, definitely one of the hardest surgeries to recover from. Glad I did it when I'm still (relatively young) so that I heal faster. I'll keep you posted!
Just what I was looking for. I’m considering a Mexican surgeon. It’s not just the price it’s his work. The surgeons in my area are good but the procedure I want it’s not commonly done by them and their work shows it.
