did you grow up with Pokemon in English? if so that might be why, like you've gotten so used to the characters sounding one way that when the voice is different it feels weird if that makes sense, personally I watch Anime in the original JP language but not with Pokemon

@@shanevanholm2684 I don’t know about you but the only ones I’ve actually considered are misty, Serena, and Lana, as they’re the only ones who have shown a real interest in ash, and for Serena the show makes it quite clear, if you did that for all other companions of ash that’s just as bad
