We have a 09 Type S 5spd Manual. Bought it as a rebuild in 2014 at 5k CAD ($3600 usd) @ 20k km (12k miles) Only thing I ever replaced was an alternator in 2019. When I do the struts and full brake job this summer, she’ll be better than ever!

For the standard 335i, that info is correct, N55. However for the 335is, BMW used the N54 for that application as well and also the 2011 1M Coupe (N54).
It's a lariat-platinum. Back in 01 Ford made the "Platinum" package an add-on accessory for the lariat. So you could have a xl, xlt, lariat, then finally lariat-platinum. 16 years later from the 01 F250( so 2017) ford changed the "platinum" package to its own trim. So basically 01-16 you have a lariat-platinum then 17+ you have a platinum
I had a silver 2006 Corolla S which was the first car I bought back in the day & was a great reliable little car as expected. I've since purchased mostly Toyota's/Lexus' & all have been reliable.
