Hello! My name is Lainey Lucas, and the purpose of this channel is to encourage your creativity and inspire you to get crafty! I have many interests and hobbies that I will share, which include cricut and silhouette crafts, card making, shopping hauls, and a touch of needlework - just all things crafty! Thank you for stopping by, and I would love it if you joined me on my crafting journey.
Yes! I have family out there still...they just moved to Madisonville but lived in bedias for decades. I lived with my aunt and uncle (Billy and Kathy Harris).
What’s the temperature for it? My cricut easy press broke and I got a new one but I can do the heat settings for cricut 😅 sublimation became a little dilemma and a relearning process
Goodness this card is so stinkin’ cute!!! Love it! Oh and in my experiment, I had to let my StazOn REALLY dry well before coloring. I think I might like the Momento more but StazOn will work on my acetate and Vellum so that’s a plus.
Nice video! FYI, the ones we use for our RVs are removable decals. We had one on our 5th wheel & transferred it when we down-sized to our motorhome. We have camped in 39 states, & we add a state whenever we spend one night in that state with our camper. Enjoy your national park visits! We have been to many.
So we should reverse the image? When using a regular iron, can we iron the protective film directly or is there a specific barrier to use (like parchment paper)? These pricey rolls of materials came without instructions 🙄
Hey! YES! always reverse the image or in design space it's called mirror. Also, place your iron directly on top of the iron on material. Once the material has adhered and cooled down you will peel back the protective film. If the iron on material lifted in any places, just place the protective film back over the material and iron it a bit more. Allow the material to cool back down and remove the protective film again (or called a carrier sheet). I hope this helps!
Hi Laney, I’ve been following Bethany since early 2020 and I’ve recently discovered your channel. Been binge watching your videos and I just wanted to say thank you. I love your aesthetic and I subscribed. Card making is my biggest passion but I am definitely loving all of your content, card making included. Thank you so much for the inspiration and I look forward to all of your videos. (You’ve definitely influenced me to buy a few things and I always use your links!)
Hi Kristina! Thank you for your kind words because that is not always the case when I see Bethany mentioned in a comment. Our style is very similar. Thus, I can't put into words how much I appreciate your acceptance of me and my channel! She was a huge inspiration to me and is why I decided to share my crafts on RU-vid! I felt that RU-vid needed more modern crafters...and lovers of white and natural woods accents! lol which my husband hates and blames Joanna Gaines for the love of all white things (my truck is white, too) :) Thank you so much! Thank you for being kind, subscribing, and for using the links!! OH! and of course for watching!!
Hey girl! I know you have the Momento Ink that was being onery. What about trying StazOn? I just bought one today to try out with my alcohol markers and thought of you. It is a fast-drying solvent ink that is supposed to be permanent & waterproof. I’m trying it out on my channel this coming weekend. 😊
Hey!! I went to Hobby Lobby today and bought StazOn. I'll be testing it out this weekend, so fingers crossed 🤞 Thank you so dang much for this comment! Also, I've got to check out your channel! I'm so glad you mentioned it, I'll give you credit for the StazOn ink in my next card video! I can't wait to try it!
Absolutely! I'll prepare and share the video this summer. But we have a toyhauler (5th wheel) its designed to be a garage, but I've painted and purchased furniture... My space is 8x10 feet.
