What you do not know is that, the whole deal was a well planned scheme from the government of US. That is the grand scheme of the neo-colonialism and exploitattive trickery of the West and the US. The Americans have long been in Ghana exploring oil in Ghana until finally announcing its recovery. The government of US deliberately signed the Dodd Frank Act to create a credibility tag for itself so that the people of Ghana will believe the US government would want to protect the citizenry of Ghana from their own leaders who are corupt and are likely to misuse the oil money. After winning that credibility from the people of Ghana which enbled them to sign a shady deal (ghana is paid just some royalties) to their advantage, they activated the plan B, where they made it look as if its the oil company that has filed for that law suit to prevent the transparency of the oil deal. So to the people of ghana the government of US is good and wants to ensure transparency but its the oil company that is trying to hide something just like the presenter in the video said. So the people of Ghana is confused about the whole deal, thinking our leaders are rather conniving with the oil company so that our own government will misuse the money. They use tactics of sowing a seed of mistrust between the people and their leaders, while they appear as the credible ally who is doing the right thing. America is as evil as the word itself. They have a tactics of sucking blood from poor africans to survive. They don’t care the consequences to the people. The real enemy is the US government. They sit around the table to plan for every country around the globe. Ghana can benefit from it oil and gold unless it renegotiate all the deals with companies from US and Europe and have a long term plan to take over their operations just like what the Arabs did with their oil, otherwise Ghana will continue to be poor and never benefit 😢😢😢😢.
