I will take the Knight Industries Two-Thousand any day. I'll even take the Knight Automated Roving Robot, with that slick silvery paint job and voiced by Peter "Optimus Prime" Cullen.
The orginal will always be the best.. The bar has been set very high.. To reboot this franchise they need a cool azz car and not something a everyday joe drives from work to home..
If the 2008 show had put the scanner for the 3000 on the grill instead of on top of the hood, it would be a closer competition. But the hood light makes it look like a big glowing nose instead of an eye.
I will always love the original. It's the one that I grew up on. But I will have to admit, the 3000 looks mean! Plus, through time, I've become a Mustang fan.
in terms of beeing human..the old one by far. but the mustang.. well it looks grreat. no question and is more my style. however in terms of classic. the old one too.

Definitely the Knight 2000, hands down!!! KITT wasn't a POS Ford Shitstang!!! I tried to watch one episode of the Knight Rider 3000, and it sucked !!! It was sponsored by Ford, and they kept showing the stupid Cobra emblem,as much as they could. It was mostly about promoting the stupid POS Ford, then anything else. The storyline sucked, and the show was terrible,all the way around!!! Nothing beats the original series!!!
@@Pierre578 Ford is just that, "first on rubbish dump" Have you figured out why there was only one season with the "ford"? It's because the world stopped watching the show because the car used had no character!!!
@@Mervyn001 because of the transformer side poor writing and because this kind of show can't work today with Tesla everywhere . Not because of the car . The original was in the 80's at the right time . Today it wouldn't work no matter what . Even back then it only lasted 4 seasons because peoples lost interest ,compared to today show with 10+ seasons . But owning both mustang and trans am in real world the mustang is better in every way. Pontiac is dead the trans am is long discontinued while the mustang is still there from the start to today . Even the Camaro is now discontinued .
@@Pierre578 You can't blame the transam & Camaro for that.. It's because of GM management for termination. I wouldn't own a Rustang even if you paid me😂 I own cars like the transam were I never open the hood until it needs a service. F O R D, Stands for FIX OR REPAIR DAILY!!!!! The Trans am as character which a ford will never have, it's no wonder nobody wanted to watch the reboot show. I will say it again so you catch on, only one Kitt from Knight rider & that's the Pontiac Firebird Trans am!!!!! Now you have a good life further.
Je préfères la première voiture ,elle est génial ,ce serait bien que quelqu'un puisse un jour faire les mêmes voitures chez nous en France pour que tous le monde puissent avoir kitt chez lui a pris abordable ce serait génial pour tous ce qui aime la voiture kitt moi je l'ai déjà en miniature c'est quand même très bien de l'avoir en voiture miniature de collection ....
