I really wanted to like this because of all the talent involved. Don't get me wrong, it was a fitting tribute to Coolio and an honor to have your song done by so many legends, but perhaps its the state of hip hop or rap now. It used to be one guy at a time could command the stage one at a time. Rock performers do it all the time, but at rap show you always have the main attraction and some other dude coming in at the ends of phrases, off key, off beat and just plain doesn't sound good together. It just seems to me that rock performers spend a lot more time on their ability to sing and play an instrument at the same time. That shit is not that easy but neither is rapping on beat for an entire song. I would have liked to see this crowd do a half a verse each or something and one guy doing the chorus. It's not bitin if it's a tribute
