I have took a little break from wholesaling because I can’t seem to find the answer. But would you know if I’m able to wholesale outside of my brokerage office? Do you think I would have to consult with them before I get into this. If it doesn’t have to include my broker that’s fine too I just don’t want to get in trouble in Illinois.
I would recommend setting up a free consultation to talk about some strategies and how they apply to your unique situation. Sign up here: aba.link/carlss
Every single U-Haul truck in the entire country has Arizona plates. What is the specific legal difference between driving a U-Haul truck and driving a car registered to an LLC in Arizona (or Montana...)? In both cases you're just driving a company vehicle, albeit an out-of-state company. Is it because U-Haul's plates are apportioned?

What I wonder about is what if you bought and registered the car LLC in other state and then “bring it over” here and register in CA…. Do they still tax you? My guess is yes…. Though not even sure how the hell it is legal at all since veh was out of state by LLC that has nothing to do with CA

All you do is say to your insurance that it’s garaged IN CA but it is a Montana plated veh. Most insurance companies are fine, you have to be very specific and tell them that it is garaged in CA.

Have you ever had to submit an insurance claim with your Montana registered car? Unless you actually reside in Montana, you could have your claim denied which would suck.
Thanks for the video!! This is the first I'm hearing of needing a "business nexus" in Wyoming... can you share more on what a business nexus is and how the company assistance program provides that?

🏠Here in California During marriage before buying the house wife agreed and signed the QUITCLAIM DEED letting me be the sole owner of the property everything was done and right trough a licensed notary person than 11 years later she filed divorce took me to court , I Did hire un attorney to protect my property attorney encourage me to buy her off the property or sell and give her 1/2 of the money never agreed to anything did went to trial cost a lot of money the judge said the home was paid with community money my attorney took me out of the court room told me I have to buy her off the property or sell it and give her 1/2 I DID NOT AGREE for those 2 choices but my attorney told me that was a court order if I don't do that I'll get fined and jailed and the court will sell the home anyway I got scared and choose to sell🤧 I have 50/50 custody and don't want nothing to affect that if sent to jail. I will like to know if I can sue the state of California for 5th amendment violation and my attorney for malpractice, I want my other 1/2 of the money back + traumatic damage compensation because home is sold
The IRS seems to disagree with you. Per IRS Pub 538 on accounting methods: "Related Persons: Business expenses and interest owed to a related person who uses the cash method of accounting are not deductible until you make the payment and the corresponding amount is includible in the related person's gross income."

Hi Carl, how about the mortgage itself, do people normally move ownership of it to the LLC? or retain it under their personal name. Did you ever make a video on the types of Deeds and which one would be best for this situation?

I smell opportunity! I will rent my kitchen table for a meeting room with food and refreshments, 20 lobsters and 20 bottles of Grey Goose Vodka. If the business meeting ends and they leave the food and bottles, I’ll figure out what to do with them. That’s pretty reasonable, correct?
